Sherry Wicks Dillihay McDade of Mobile County Board of School Commissioners, District 4, participated in a meeting with the Mobile County AEA Executive Board on September 4. She highlighted key education issues in Mobile County, sparking vital conversations about school security, teacher concerns, and more.
Collaborating with the AEA is essential for creating a supportive educational environment. Joining forces to address challenges and share solutions promotes effective community engagement and positive outcomes for students and staff. "It's always beneficial when community members come together to share information and collaborate on solutions," McDade says.
